Tomi-Pekka Tuomainen

Tomi-Pekka has begun as a research physician at the Research Institute of Public Health in the early 90's. Since then he was preparing one of the most "thorough" PhD thesis in the scientific history of the RIPH. We all were curious when he finished the debate with himself on the health effects of iron and revealed us his thesis in January 2006. Tomi-Pekka is Professor of epidemiology and his scientific expertise is in molecular biology and genetic epidemiology of CVD.

If one needs commentary or critique on something, Tomppa is a right person to ask for. He has always a variety of comments, which is educating and developing for younger scientists, and if you are strong enough to continue debate with him, conclusion usually produces a scientific breakthrough.
